Terms of Service
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between Rithm Beverages Pvt Ltd ("we," "us") and you, governing your use of enlite.co.in and any purchase of ENLITE products.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing enlite.co.in or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy & Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
Use of Services
- 1You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- 2You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to place an order.
- 3It is your responsibility to verify that our products meet your dietary or health requirements.
- 4Resale or commercial redistribution of products purchased from this website is not permitted without prior written consent.
Orders & Availability
- 1You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing orders.
- 2All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
- 3We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide a full refund where applicable.
- 4Promotional pricing and limited-time offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
Payments
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We use Razorpay as our payment gateway — your financial information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers.
You warrant that any payment method used belongs to you or that you have explicit authorisation to use it. In the event of a fraudulent transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and report the incident to the relevant authorities.
Enlite Rewards Program
Participation in the Enlite Rewards Program constitutes your acceptance of these additional terms.
Earning Points
Registered users earn 1 Reward Point for every ₹1 spent on completed (fulfilled) orders. Bonus points may be awarded for verified product reviews (25 pts) or promotional activities at our sole discretion. Points are credited after order fulfilment and may not be awarded retroactively.
Redeeming Points
1 Reward Point = ₹1 off your order. Points may be applied at checkout, subject to a maximum redemption cap of 75% of the total order value. At least 25% of each order must be paid via a valid payment method. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with certain promotional discounts.
Points Expiry
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no completed purchase). Enlite will endeavour to send a reminder notification before expiry, but is not obligated to do so. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Program Modifications
Enlite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. We may adjust point values, earning rates, redemption caps, or expiry policies. Continued use of the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Abuse & Fraud
Any attempt to fraudulently earn or redeem points (including through returns abuse, chargeback manipulation, or automated activity) will result in immediate forfeiture of all points and may result in account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
Rithm Beverages Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including those related to delays, delivery failures, product reactions, or unauthorised transactions. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
